1. Fill out the registration form below.

2. Submit your $500 deposit via paypal, venmo, or call 407-234-6454 to process a credit card payment. Deposit goes towards the total trip cost.

  1. Your deposit is 100% refundable by midnight on May 5th, 2022 and 0% refundable thereafter for any reason. For this reason trip insurance is highly recommended. Pandemic related mandates or border closures will result in postponing the retreat to a future date.

3. Send a clear photo of the picture page of your  passport to christinaprieto@icloud.com

Full payment of $1875 due in full by May 5th, 2022.  Payment plans can be arranged if more time is needed. You can cancel your trip at anytime BEFORE  midnight on May 5th, 2022 with written notice via email or text and all monies contributed to the trip are 100% refundable, minus merchant fees incurred. Any and all monies are 0% refundable thereafter for any reason. Trip insurance is not required, but highly recommended in the case of unforseen circumstances. 

 

 

Trip is filled on a first-come-first-serve basis and accommodations are assigned in same order. Once the initial registration form and deposit has been processed you will receive your room reservation confirmation.

Although unlikely, activities outlined in this brochure are subject to change based on availability in Costa Rica. Itinerary is subject to last minute changes based on weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.
