    1. Send a clear photo of the picture page of your  passport to christinaprieto@icloud.com
    1. Submit your $500 deposit via paypal, venmo, or mail a check. Deposit goes towards the total trip cost.

Trip balance due in full by April 1st, 2022.  Payment plans are available. You can cancel your trip at anytime before or on April 1st, 2022 and all monies contributed to the trip are 100% refundable minus merchant fees. Any and all monies are 0% refundable thereafter for any reason. Trip insurance is not required, but highly recommended. 

Trip is filled on a first-come-first-serve basis and accommodations are assigned in same order. Once the initial registration form and deposit has been processed you will receive your room reservation confirmation.

Although unlikely, activities outlined in this brochure are subject to change based on availability in Costa Rica. Itinerary is subject to last minute changes based on weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements to enter Costa Rica:
  • Fill out the electronic epidemiological HEALTH PASS form. This is very simple and can be done online.
  • Traveler’s Medical Insurance – international or purchased in Costa Rica through the National Insurance Institute (INS – Instituto Nacional de Seguros). Cost is about $12 per day pp. Fully vaccinated individuals are exempt from this requirement.
  • COVID safety requirements are similar in CR as here. They include temperature readings, face coverings, social distancing, and sanitary instructions. We will be outside A LOT and spacial distancing is very easy. Our meals will be al fresco, as well as yoga, and all of our excursions. The property is utilizing all safety and sanitation measures as is standard here in the US.
